1.1. Appointment Cancellation by Patient

  • Notice Period: Patients must cancel their appointments at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Method of Cancellation: Cancellations can be made through our website, mobile app, or by calling our customer service team.
  • Cancellation Fee: If the cancellation is made within the required notice period, no cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time may incur a fee.

1.2. Appointment Cancellation by Santhigiri Health Care

  • Notification: In rare instances where Santhigiri Health Care needs to cancel an appointment, we will notify the patient as soon as possible.
  • Rescheduling: Patients will be given the option to reschedule the appointment at no additional cost.
  • Refund: If rescheduling is not acceptable to the patient, a full refund of any pre-paid fees will be provided.

2. Refund Policy

2.1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Missed Appointments: No refunds will be given for missed appointments without prior cancellation as per the cancellation policy.
  • Pre-Paid Packages: If a patient has purchased a package of multiple sessions, refunds will be calculated based on the sessions used and the remaining amount of the package.

2.2. Processing Refunds

  • Refund Request: To request a refund, patients must contact our customer service team with the details of their appointment and reason for the refund request.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Credit card payments will be refunded to the same credit card used during the transaction.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of the request approval.

2.3. Non-Refundable Services

  • Consultation Fees: Initial consultation fees are non-refundable unless the cancellation is made by Santhigiri Health Care.
  • Specialized Treatments: Certain specialized treatments and services may have specific non-refundable conditions, which will be clearly communicated to the patient at the time of booking.
